Price increase 2025

This is a difficult announcement and one I wished I didn’t have to write. 

We have avoided price increases for the last few years, but the cost of running the studio has constantly increased month on month. 

The Power of Yoga is a micro business, and the costs to open the door add up so quickly: 

  • GloFox software (this has tripled in cost!) 

  • rent 

  • heating 

  • lighting 

  • broadband 

  • cleaning 

  • insurance

  • equipment and consumables  

  • paying our lovely self-employed teachers 

  • bank charges (did you know we are charged £1.40 to process the payment a Warrior 1 membership!)

These are just an idea of the rising costs we face.

And we know that you too, are facing these financial challenges in your life (we get double whammy! - the joys).

Our profits are tiny, but we love our studio, Yoga and lovely clients and studio friends like you so we keep going. We are always working hard on ways to cut costs and increase clients, but that can only go so far. 

Unfortunately, this means we have no option but to increase our prices to keep up with the ever-rising costs.  

 From the 1st of March 2025, our options and pricing will be as follows:

 Warrior 1 Membership - £44

 Warrior Unlimited Membership - £85

Class Pass - 10 classes. Valid for 12 weeks: £130 (£13 per class)

 5 classes. Valid for 6 weeks: £67.50 (£13.50 per class)

 Pay as you go - £14

Existing Membership Clients:

  • If you are on a membership, your payments will be changed to the new price on Friday, 28th February. 

  • The next payment due after that date will be at the new rate. 

  • For example, if your next payment is due on the 9th of March, it will be at the new rate. You can check the date on your GloFox app. 

Existing Class Pass Clients: 

  • If you normally purchase a class pass, the new prices will be effective on Friday 28th of February. 

  • This does not affect any active class pass you have. Nothing will change to those.

  • This advance notice allows you to buy another one on the current terms before the 28th of February. 


As a tiny business, we cannot compete with the big giants in the city like Graves who are part of bigger (often multinational) companies. They can find ways to cut costs as a whole business and swallow up individual site costs.

We are a local business with local teachers for local people, and we offer something very special to our lovely members. 

We are truly grateful to each and every person who supports our studio and community.
