Maybe it's a special birthday, an alternative hen party or a "we need an excuse to get together" event.
Whatever it is, we would love to help you create your perfect yoga party.

How can I use the space?
We can chat about your ideas.
A get together with friends could look like this...
Arrival
Hang out in the "reception" space - don't worry, it's lovely, with high tables and nice decor, not like a doctors reception area!
Move through to the studio for your bespoke Yoga session (1 hour). You could add on a meditation session? We can tailor it to your ideas.
Once the yoga session has finished then you can head back for a drink and nibbles - a glass of fizz/cold drink with nibbles or hot drinks with cakes/biscuits?
Totally your call.
You can bring and set up your own drinks/nibbles or arrange for it to be delivered (no hot food) or ask us about arranging that for you.

What is the cost?
It really depends on what you would like and how long you want the space for.
Here is an example...
Exclusive hire the studio for 2 hours including the social space
A bespoke one hour yoga class with an experience yoga teacher
After the class, you can relax, socialise and enjoy a drink and some nibbles with friends - all the clearing up is taken care of so you can concentrate on your party/event.
...that would be £125 in total. If you are splitting the cost between 10 frields, that's amazing value at just £12.50 per head.

How do I book the space?
Please read the terms & conditions and complete the booking enquiry form below.
Completing the enquiry form does not secure your booking, this is simply an enquiry at this point. We will be in touch to chat with you about it, invite you to look around (if you want to) and then secure the booking with a deposit.

Power of Yoga Studio Hire - Terms & Conditions for private parties/events
Costs
We will chat through your requirements and give you a cost.
Hire time must include any set up and take down time so make sure you are booking the correct amount of time to account for the whole duration you need.
Deposit and cancellation rules
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final total fees due.
The balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
You will be charged the full rate if you cancel within 72 hours of the booking date.
If you need to transfer your booking to another date, we ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice to waive the 50% deposit.
If (due to unexpected closure) we are unable to uphold your booking, we will transfer the payments made to a future date or refund your deposit if a future date isn't possible.
Use of the studio is strictly for the purposes outlined in the booking agreement
Individuals in attendance are responsible for maintaining health and safety practices for the duration of the rental and we accept no liability for any injuries during the hire period.
Arrival
Prior to the event you will be contacted with information on how to access the studio for your booking and any other important information.
No shoes are to be worn in the main studio at any time. We provide boxes in our reception area for people to store shoes/personal belongings.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property brought to the studio.
Food and drink - You acknowledge and accept that any and all food or drink brought to the studio is entirely at your own risk (including, without limitation, in relation to any illness or injury caused to any person). No hot food is permitted in the building.
Any damage to the studio or equipment is the responsibility of the person hiring the studio. If any damage occurs, we expect it to be paid for in full.
