Given the nature of our business the space is good for wellbeing practitioners, businesses or freelancers.

We are open to the spaces being used by a variety of professionals.

The charge for this service is £25. This will be added to your final invoice.

We are not responsible for the overall marketing or success of your event. It is your responsibility to fill it and make it profitable for you. 

It is not our responsibility to ensure your event is filled but we are happy to support you by offering this additional service and hope it will be huge sucess for you. 

You are required to send us the full information and images about the Workshop/Course upon booking and we will use that to post relevant content.

Completing the enquiry form does not secure your booking, this is simply an enquiry at this point. We will be in touch to chat with you about it, invite you to look around and then to secure the booking, you will need to pay a deposit.

Power of Yoga Studio Hire - Terms & Conditions

Hire fees (subject to change at any time)

The hire rate for the studio is £35 for 2 hours (minimum booking is 2 hours) then £16 per hour thereafter.

£120 for a full day (up to 8 hours) - full day bookings are only available on a Sunday

Hire time must include set up and take down time so make sure you are booking the correct amount of time to account for the whole duration you need. 

Deposit and cancellation rules 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final total fees due. 

The balance is due 7 days prior to the event. 

You will be charged the full rate if you cancel within 72 hours of the booking date. 

If you need to transfer your booking to another date, we ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice to waive the 50% deposit.

If (due to unexpected closure) we are unable to uphold your booking, we will transfer the payments made to a future date

Use of the studio is strictly for the purposes outlined in the booking agreement 

You are responsible for maintaining legal health and safety practices for your group for the duration of the rental including arranging professional liability insurance for activities taking place in the studio.

Arrival 

Prior to the event you will be contacted with information on how to access the studio for your booking and any other important information. 

No shoes are to be worn in the main studio at any time. We provide boxes in our reception area for people to store shoes/personal belongings.  

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property brought to the studio.

Departure 

You are responsible for making sure that the whole upstairs of the studio is left clean and tidy, props stored tidily, rubbish in bins and the toilets are left as you found them. 

On departure from the studio please ensure that all all windows are closed, the hot water is off (if you used it), lights are turned off, the heating system is off and the doors are closed and locked. 

Any damage to the studio or equipment is the responsibility of the person hiring the studio. If any damage occurs, we expect it to be paid for in full.
