I am a 500-RYT Yoga Teacher (highest level of yoga teacher) and certified Climbing Coach, with a diverse sports background that includes Brazilian Capoeira, Volleyball, Handball, and Cycling.

With over 20 years of yoga practice and 8 years of teaching experience, I am dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with individuals of all abilities and backgrounds, particularly climbers and athletes.

My classes feature specially designed sequences that target muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness, incorporating breathwork to enhance concentration and equanimity.

These classes are characterised by my unwavering commitment to safety and alignment, combined with a refreshing approach that infuses each session with playfulness and relaxation.

This balance allows students to push their boundaries while cultivating a sense of ease and enjoyment in their practice.

My yoga practice is well reflected in the way I climb and teach climbing, with detailed attention to fluid movement, perfect technique, and body awareness
