Registered Hatha Yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, having trained with Steve Avian on the Shamayoga Yoga Teacher Training Programme. I studied Mindfulness with Shaura Hall from the Minded Institute, completing courses in Mindfulness Skills for Practitioners and Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness for Addictions, both accredited by the Yoga Alliance. I also work with Yoga Nidra, and have studied with the Total Yoga Nidra Foundation.

My style of yoga teaching is best described as flowing Hatha yoga, with the emphasis on working with the breath to bring together the mind and body. My classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners to those with more experience. I also teach minded yoga, and yoga nidra.

In our Saturday Hatha flow class, various yoga postures are linked together in sequences to create a flowing practice that connects each movement with the breath creating a union between mind and body.
