In May we are aiming to reopen our newly modernised studio. Here at Power of Yoga, we’d like you to over come any doubts that “Yoga’s not for me because...”

Workout fads come and go, but virtually no other exercise program is as enduring as yoga.

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation or meditation. At Power of Yoga, the intensity of your yoga workout depends on which form of yoga you choose. Hatha, Yin, Dru and Zen yoga are often more gentle and slow paced. Power yoga and Ashtanga are often faster and more challenging. Every yoga session, no matter which form you choose, you will soon discover when you bring your breath, your awareness, and your physical body into harmony you’ll allow your body to work at its maximum fitness capacity.
